The information we collect is used strictly for order processing, logistics, and delivery coordination across Kenya. We also use your contact details to provide customer support, send order confirmations and dispatch updates via SMS or WhatsApp, and notify you about important changes to your order. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third-party marketing agencies.

3. Location-Based Courier & Third-Party Partners

To deliver your order, we share only the minimum required delivery details (your name, phone number, and destination town/address) with the trusted third-party courier partner serving your selected location (such as G4S, Speedaf Express, Modern Coast, Raha Express, Menany, Karibu Parcel, or your designated parcel service). These courier partners are strictly prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than fulfilling your delivery.

4. Data Security & Protection

We implement stringent technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard PBKDF2-SHA256 encryption, sessions are protected with tamper-proof signed cookies, and we never store payment card or M-Pesa PIN details on our servers.
