Welcome to Price Checko (operated by Price Checko Ltd). By accessing our website and purchasing our CCTV cameras, printers, ink cartridges, memory cards, and related products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Agreement

These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, and customers of the Price Checko website. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing orders and keep your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the website signifies acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices listed on our website are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of standard taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations. Every order is confirmed by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp prior to dispatch. Payment on delivery (via M-Pesa or cash) is available across Nairobi and eligible courier routes; for certain upcountry parcel routes, payment confirmation prior to dispatch or at the courier office may be coordinated during order confirmation.

3. Product Availability & Descriptions

We take great care to display accurate product photos, specifications, box contents, and stock levels. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact you immediately to offer a suitable alternative or cancel the order at no cost to you.

4. Shipping & Location-Based Couriers

We deliver across all 47 counties in Kenya. Available courier companies and delivery fees depend on your selected town at checkout. Orders above KES 15,000 qualify for free standard delivery. See our full Shipping & Delivery Policy for dispatch cut-off times and carrier details.

5. Returns, Refunds & Consumables

Eligible unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Opened, unsealed, or installed ink/toner cartridges and memory cards cannot be returned unless proven to have an out-of-the-box factory defect upon immediate inspection.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Printers, CCTV cameras, and hardware sold by Price Checko are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties against factory defects. Price Checko Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.
